I am not normally a big fan of "multi-tools", but this is a well thought-out piece of engineering. And no cost engineer has fiddled with this for manufacturing efficiencies and shaving pennies for the accountants. For instance, the 13mm/half inch socket is solidly welded full-circle with a generous fillet, when a couple of spot welds would have done the job. I can really crank on the bar nuts without worrying about the socket tearing off, plus the sparkplug socket folds out completely to give extra leverage. The file holder actually works (with different size holes on either side of the 13mm socket to accommodate the taper of the file, and the socket protects my fingers from the chain). There are washers between all the tools to allow easy retrieval and minimize binding. The handle is a thick piece of steel and the plating is of high quality. Plus it comes with a nice belt pouch.
